i love this dark teal/raw silk/matted album that our client ordered of their newborn photos! [you may remember this newborn shoot - so precious!] this is a 9×9 album with one photo per page – matted, just as you would see in a picture frame! they chose to have a photo cover on their album – which i love! these are truly beautiful albums. take a peek!

i have to take a minute to brag about our amazing calligrapher, Nancy Hopkins. she is so talented! calligraphy is such a beautiful art. take a look at how she did the calligraphy for our wedding invitations (which just went out yesterday – phew!) – - i’m totally in love!

what a darling family! such a great evening photographing these beautiful three at their home in Menlo Park. Fisher is 6 months and was just sitting up on his very own – and so happy about it, which is absolutely so cute to see in his smile!

today was the best day! i had my dress fitting with (most of) the ladies in my family (including Brad’s mom who came in from Connecticut!) at Marina Morrison – where i found the dress i fell in love with. i put the dress on in a changing room with our darling girl from Marina Morrison, my mom and sister – we walked out and my mom had my camera and snapped away the family’s expressions when they saw me in my dress. i think it’s such a sweet moment captured!!
from left to right are my 2 aunts, my 2 grandmothers, Brad’s mom and my other aunt! what a great crew! :) love them.
how beautiful is this peony bouquet that my future mother-in-law had sent to Marina Morrison to wear with my dress! (and no, that’s not me in my wedding dress:).

i adore this family! you may remember them from their maternity shoot at Cavallo Point and newborn shoot of Mackenzie - and now here she is…6 months old and as sweet as can be! (not to be confused with big sister Abby below – who is equally as sweet as can be!) i loved this shoot in the park between the Academy of Science and the deYoung Museum (i think it’s called the Music Concourse?) – so much to do and so many beautiful textures. enjoy!
